To ask us to delete your UbuntuScore account and the personal data associated with it, email us from the address registered on your account:
Use the subject line: UbuntuScore account deletion request. In the message, include the email address you use to sign in (and your name or phone if it helps us match your account).
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymise your account profile and associated personal data that we are not required to keep for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (for example anti-fraud or accounting records where retention is required by law).
Some information may be retained in secure, restricted form where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms — typically for the minimum period required. Aggregated or anonymised data that does not identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
